Payment is through Cashapp or PayPal upfront. (I use my partner’s PayPal, just a heads up.) I don’t do refunds at all unless I am absolutely unable to finish your commission.

Requesting updates or commission process is highly encouraged. I have some memory issues and can forget easily.

I don't do deadlines, as I either have other comms or I'm busy to finish it on time—it stresses me out! However, If you need a piece from me that is needed before a certain time, you will be charged. Otherwise, it does take me around a month or more to finish your commission unless my queue is small.

I have the right to decline your commission for any reason and most importantly if it doesn’t follow my terms. I don’t owe you an explanation.

I reserve the rights of reusing sketches that were rejected by the commissioner. If you want to keep the sketch, an extra charge will be made.

Please do not edit my artwork without my permission. You may crop or resize my art as long as the original is preserved, can be publicly or privately.

If you don’t specify anything you want in your commission, I will assume I have artist freedom meaning I'll do whatever I think would fit with your/the character(s).

Edits that are needed after approving the sketch or finishing the commission will either be done with a small or large fee depending on what it is that needs changed, or will be straight up denied. (This doesn’t include missing details of a character I missed)

You have the right to use your commission for any personal use you want (icons, wallpapers/backgrounds, avatars, profile pictures, upload it to your personal galleries, and etc.) with credit. Do not use my art for commercial use, or profit off of it without my knowledge.

You are absolutely free to take inspiration from my art style, study it as you please, but do not trace over my art, or claim it as your own. I’d appreciate if I was credited and notified if my work was used as heavy reference!

I still own all the rights to my work meaning I will use them for self-promotion & upload it to any of my social media & galleries, so your commission(s) will be posted, this is how others can see my artwork and what I do. However, if your commission needs to be kept private for exclusive reasons, there will be a 20% fee.

This tos applies to work I made on Toyhouse and that website only. If you obtained a design made by me off-site, please let the person you traded with that this is against my tos. I do not allow my designs being handed to someone out of Toyhouse without my permission!!

Do not hide my designs. If the reasoning for hiding them is for safety, id appreciate if a key or an authorization could be given to me! (I just like looking at my designs if people use them)

Please inform me if you are planning to make separate profiles of co-owns or separating old designs.

I’d prefer avoiding closed trades, promise backs, tradelocking or anything similar due to how stressful and unnecessary drama could be. I am not responsible if you ignore this and something happens.

Do not steal any of my designs, colorpicking is fine if the design is not a blatant copy of the original. If you are taking inspiration of my designs or characters (heavily or not), I’d like to be informed beforehand!

Redesigning or small edits to my designs is totally alright, though keep the original references in the characters page just in case! It can be hidden or not!

Do not sell my designs higher than their base price unless added worth (like personal art and comms) are added. ask about using my characters or art for commercial use.

If you are blocked, on my blacklist, vise versa, obviously I don’t want you obtaining any of my designs or art (my blacklist can only be found on my Toyhouse)

While rare, I have the right to revoke a design if I find out you are using my work for problematic uses. (Using it to glorify pedophilia, zoophilia, incest, racism, or use it to lure kids, you know the gist). If you are writing a dark story then it’s fine but I do not allow my designs being used for glorification of sensitive topics.

Backing out after an offer is fine if you inform me beforehand. Backing out in the middle of a transaction or bid is not allowed and will get you blocked.

When offering or bidding, state if you are doing a hold or payment plan and how long it will be.
